I’ve been on a mission to eat here since I first discovered it earlier this year. Last week I finally made it in and today I’m back again!I absolutely love this humble little spot. Auntie Mimi does everything herself and makes your dishes fresh to order. It really brings me back to my time in Korea and I love that I found a place to make me authentic Korean dishes. The menu is modest, but it has all the korean staples. My favorite dish is the Spicy Pork bulgogi. no frills, nothing fancy, just good old fashioned home style cooking. I couldn’t ask for more. She also grows her own vegetables and uses some of them in her dishes so I feel good knowing I’m getting legit “farm to table” produce. She also offers American fare like burgers, fries and chicken wings. She’s got regulars who order these items so they have to be pretty dang good.Come support this local, family owned business and enjoy a real taste of Korea!

I stopped in here for a quick lunch on a workday after driving past one night while thrifting in the area and seeing the cute cozy exterior. Service was fast and I got a tasty lunch for a great price. Family owned and operated and I could tell they put a lot of care and pride into their food. I got the lunch special spicy pork and it was a good portion size for lunch. The owner let me know that the dinner portions are even larger. I'll be recommending this to friends and will be back again soon!

Cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Great portions, food was fresh-cooked. Bulgogi beef had good flavor and was cut well (not too fatty or stringy). A true gem!

Certainly! Here’s an example of a Google review for a home-recipe-style authentic Korean kitchen in Orlando:I absolutely loved this place! It’s like stepping into someone’s home and being served authentic Korean comfort food. The flavors were spot-on and reminded me of the meals my Korean friends’ moms used to make. The atmosphere is cozy, just like a real Korean kitchen. The owners were incredibly welcoming and happy to share stories about the recipes and their cultural significance. If you’re looking for a genuine taste of Korea without any frills, this is the place. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Korean home cooking in Orlando!

It a long review but here is the short part of it: Best authentic Bulgogi in Orlando.Best authentic Korean bulgogi I’ve had during my time here in Orlando. The flavor was not sweet but savory, exactly like South Korea. We randomly stop by this place because one of our friend was hungry and I was already full when we got here.At first glance inside, I didn’t have a high expectation of the food outcome. It looked like a place that was just trying to keep in business. My friend had order beef bulgogi and so did my wife and I. The funny thing is that when we ordered, she said the the fish only come with one rice and are we sure we didn’t want two order of bulgogi. She said it pretty mean (it gets better, trust me). We assured her my wife and I only want one and will share it.After taking our order she went back out to cook the food. I was confused, I thought there would’ve been a different cook but nope. She did it all by herself. When she brought the food out (see picture) I knew right away that the dish wasn’t going to be super sweet like all the ones around here. She heard me said that and start talking about how her food are made by her and taste better then any Korean bulgogi around here. The first spoon of that bulgogi brought me memories of Seoul. It was so good that I only ate the meat and forgot the banchan. They were great as well. After the meal and getting to know the owner a bit. I came to realize she is just like every mom and pop food shop in Seoul. They aren’t mean or aggressive, it just how they talk and it their way of showing their sweetness.I will definitely come back here again.

This is a small restaurant where everyone knows Mimi and says, "Hi Mimi!" The bulgogi is delicious and it is great to meet with the person who cooks everything. If I ever make it back to the barrio I will definitely visit again.

Very delicious and fresh Korean food. We had the bulgogi and the Hawaiian style bulgogi. Portions are very large and the kimchi and all the sides were incredible and homemade. Mimi the owner and chef is a delight and takes pride in what she serves. We will be back!!!

Mimi is friendly and a great cook! She cares for her customers and she puts her love into making the food. Bulgogi lunch special was delicious. The beef had a slight sweet taste, the kimchi was fresh, and the rice was a slight purple color. If you are looking for quality Korean food, give Mimi's a try!
